Thank you, Bunda Mulia School for inviting us to bring the Insectarium from our farm to show the students in the school. What a morning! Such enthusiasm, bravery, excitement and engagement from the youngest to the big kids and from the teachers too (couldn’t have done it without you!)
Insects are so important and this is a way we can bring a piece of nature to the school as part of our Green-Ed mission – learning in nature. We breed the insects on the farm to add protein to the chickens, ducks, geese, quails and fish.
Organic gardening is not about just substituting toxic chemicals with less toxic ones, but about a whole different way of thinking and working. It is a conscious effort to cooperate with Nature in the creation of health and abundance for all.
