At 5Eyes, we are dedicated to preparing and serving exceptional food—thoughtfully crafted from soil to spoon – farm to table. Our commitment begins with growing our ingredients naturally and organically on our farm, and continues through every step between harvest and the moment each dish is placed before our special guests—you.

Our menu evolves with the seasons and the rhythms of the land. What we serve depends on what is ready, fresh, and full of life. Each dish, whether inspired by Eastern or Western traditions, is carefully tailored and takes time to prepare. Everything is made by hand, with attention, care, and a genuine love of the process. The result is a rich and varied offering that reflects both creativity and connection to place.

Smoked and cured duck, served with house-made accompaniments such as sauerkraut salad—deep, earthy, and refined.

Wholesome, nourishing morning offerings made with fresh farm ingredients to begin the day well.

We offer a lavish meal experience for each time of the day accompanied by a variety of exquisite condiments, fresh add-ons and drinks (including tea and coffee for breakfast orders).
