Field trips at 5Eyes are an exciting opportunity to engage in the natural world. Our field trips include hands-on mini-workshops, wonderful farm fresh food and refreshments and a chance to explore and learn and try all kinds of new activities.
Field Trips at 5eyes nature-lab
Visiting 5Eyes nature – lab is not like visiting your average farm. Most farms are monoculture and market driven. Here we experienced future food and growing approaches, permaculture and forest gardens, and integrated systems carefully harnessing nature. This is an amazing place to visit.
5Eyes is a most amazing experience for the grade 5 kids – exploring a real farm context and discovering where all this increadible authentic food comes from – and the workshops were so engaging for the kids – and the teachers! – what a mind blowing day.
