1. Yogurt Making Workshop
Objective:
Learn the basics of yogurt fermentation and experience two traditional methods of making yogurt with fresh local milk.
Experience:
1–1.5 hours of hands-on explanation and process. Yogurt naturally requires approximately 8 hours of waiting time for fermentation, giving guests insight into the full rhythm of traditional yogurt-making. Fresh milk is prepared from local farmers in advance.
Duration:
• 1–1.5 hours (active workshop)
• ~8 hours fermentation waiting time
Take Home:
• 1,000 ml (1 liter) of yogurt made using two methods
Price:
IDR 350,000 per group
