This special chocolate-making workshop is brought to you by 5EyesFarm-Lab/Kitchen Studio. We are proud to introduce our special guest and trainer Merinda Harris. Merinda is joining us from across the archipelago to take us through a special chocolate-making 101 overview course. By the end of it, you will understand how to make beautiful chocolate for yourself and know the processes and options involved.
