Danti’s experience ranges from establishing the Green School owners’ private villas in Bali to MBA studies in Melbourne, Australia.

Danti has also co-founded and managed the building company: Victorian Heritage’  in Australia. Originally from North Sumatra’s highlands, Danti is bound to nature and, with fresh eyes, sees the need we have today in a post covid and climate-stressed world to do something different and create a showcase for future growth and future food possibilities.

Danti researches, designs and builds 5EyesFarm with a team on-site and looks after logistics and operations. She innovates around food through creative and experimental combinations of east-west dishes, makes cheese, yoghurt, fruit wine and vinegar, preserves food naturally and explores new options for cakes, breads, sweets, juices and delicacies.

A special area of expertise is her ability to design and create recycled and upcycled projects with attention to waste management, procurement options, and innovative materials used for small and large projects.

She is usually working on something on the farm, improving the aquaponics, or the animal farm processes, building a new rammed earth bathroom for guests or working with the team on forest garden infrastructure. She probably won’t have her phone nearby!
